The sun shines on everyone

This is dusk beyond Nile river. I've heard Egyptian people had faith on the sun. There were many images in Egypt like scarab is pushing sun or the sun in the eye image.
I don't understand complicated stuff. I'm an simple man. Ancient people were looking at same sun. That's all I know. I was gone to watch sunset everyday while I was in luxor Egypt. And imagined what ancient people were thinking about with looking at this sun.

sooooooooo beautiful! :) I love sunsets!
I dont know much but I think the sun was worshiped as a God (if Im wrong, please correct me), maybe because its so beautiful at the sunset, maybe because it marks the beggining of a new day, or maybe because simply when its up there shining, we feel better and have more positive energy...maybe the Egyptians felt that too :)
..after all, the sun is energy source to our Earth, without him we would be as cold as Pluto and lifeless...
